Vallmajor is a large and very old Catalan country house which was totally restored in 2002.
The house offers rural accommodation, aimed only at adult guests who are looking for relaxation and quiet in a natural environment.
The stays are in bed and breakfast basis. Dinner can be also served if ordered in advance.
The house has 6 rooms for guests, all of which are welcoming and comfortable; each room has central heating and a private bathroom.

Activities with horses

Routes on horseback are our main activity, and what marks the identity of Vallmajor eqüestre.
Through these routes we hope to promote the love and understanding for horses and the enjoyment of a natural environment.
Our riding routes are suitable only for adult people.
On all routes the riders take care and help prepare the horses, receiving all the necessary information.

Reservation is required.

Location

Vallmajor eqüestre is located in the village of Montagut i Oix (bordering neighboring France), in the Catalan province of Girona, and within the Area of Natural Interest of the Alta Garrotxa, a region close to Olot and other important towns such as Besalú, Figueres or Girona.
The access to the house is good for all cars, with asphalt road.
The distance to the village is only 2 Km.
Vallmajor eqüestre is 150 km from Barcelona.
